Saturdays 9am
Saturdays 10 am (free introductory class)

All new clients must complete Elements (3 one on ones) to learn the foundations of Crossfit and for safety. ($100 fee)

Introductory Unlimited Week $50 (New Clients Only)
Monthly Unlimited $200 (set-up on auto draft 30 day cancellation notice)
16 Session Punch-Card 240 (15 per sesssion)
$20 Drop In Fee
