With TBC CrossFit's opening nearing everyday, I am filled with anticipation and excitement. I have a vision of what TBC Crossfit will be and the role it will play in the surrounding community. Our goal is to build a reputation for first class coaching from educated, interesting, and compassionate trainers. At TBC Crossfit we house two Crossfit coaches with multiple Crossfit certifications. Myself and Stephen are always looking to further our knowledge and understanding of not just Crossfit, but the human body and the way it responds to exercise. November 1st we are attending a Crossfit Gymnastics seminar to further expand our knowledge of the Crossfit way. The beautiful part, we will be bringing all of this knowledge to you....our clients!!
