Today was a pretty shor WOD but if you really pushed yourself it was also pretty intense! Today we started the 100 days 100 BURPEE challenge. It is just like it sounds...1 burpee on day 1...2 burpees on day 2...3 burpees on day 3... 50 burpees on day 50 ect. You do not have to be present at TBC Crossfit every day to participate. This is the honor system. If you sign up we will post your name on the board and check in periodically to check progress. At the end of the 100 days TBC Crossfit will be hosting a party for all the athletes that complete the challenge!
