This is a reminder about the CrossFit class schedule over the Memorial Day weekend. We will have regular classes at 6,7,11am, and 4pm on Friday. We will not have any classes on Saturday, May 22nd or Monday, May 25th. The class schedule will resume Tuesday, May 26th at 6am as normal.
I want to wish everyone a safe and fun Holiday and I hope that everyone takes the time to do something active outdoors! The weather has been beautiful, hopefully it will hold out through the weekend. I also want to congratulate Rory for her completion of the "Muddy Buddy" bike and run event in Austin last weekend! Rory has been an inspiration here at TBC Crossfit. Her enthusiasm is contagious and her determination unmatched! Keep it up! Rory, you rock!

Awww, thanks guys!! It's been great to have you there literally each step of the way...and for the many more that I need to take too! I'm officially and CrossFit addict now...watch out!
