The 4th of July weekend is upon us and there will be temptations of food and drink all around. Just one day of wreckless abandon can ruin all the hard work you have done during the week. It is ok to treat yourself to something just do so with a specific trest in mind and watch the portion just like you would with anything else during non-holiday times!
There will be no CrossFit classes on Saturday the 4th of July in honor of our nations holiday! So come on Friday!
