Jan 12th "Straight from the THE GAMES 2008"












This particular WOD came straight from the CrossFit Games 2008. It was one of the featured events and it is no joke!
1.) Skill work
deadlifts, med ball cleans, press, push press, pusk jerk
2.) Strict Press (max reps 1min)
3.) W.O.D.
5 Deadlifts
15 Burpees
5 Rounds For Time!!
